What is scribedelivery?

scribedelivery is a monthly stationery club. Each month we provide curated collection of stationery products including pens, notebooks, general stationery, and fun items that will keep you writing each and every day. 

What's in the delivery each month?

There is no guarantee what will be included each month, but we usually try to include at least one notebook and at least one pen each month. We curate a new collection of items each month based on a theme or an idea, or designed to compliment a task. We will never send you a delivery worth less than you paid. 

Can I update my payment information?

You can! To update your payment info:

  • Log into your scribedelivery account
  • Click Edit in the Credit Card section at the bottom of your account page.
  • Add your new card info or update your current credit card details. 
  • Click Save. 

Can I skip a delivery?

Before your subscription renews, you can choose to skip the next month.

  • Log into your scribledelivery account
  • Click Edit under the Subscription Section
  • Click Skip Next Renewal

When will my order ship?

We ship each month around the 5th. It can take a few days for your order to show movement as it travels to our shipping partners locations. 

How will my order ship?

Your order will ship via USPS. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free.

How do I contact customer support?

Respond to any email we've sent you or reach out to us on our Facebook page. We handle CS issues in the order they arrive and as quickly as we can

I received a broken item. Now what?

Reach out to us on Facebook or respond to any email we've sent you and let us know the issue. We'll work with you to find the best solution. 

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Canceling the subscription cancels future renewals. Renewals that have already occurred are not canceled. In order to prevent the next month from renewing and shipping, you'll want to cancel before the 14th of the month.

What's your policy on returns, refunds, and cancelations?

Once an order has been placed and paid for, that sale is final. We are unable to cancel and refund orders once they've been paid for. Ongoing subscriptions can be canceled at anytime. We are unable to accept returns. 

What's your privacy policy?

We collect some information based on your visit to help make our product and marketing better. We don't sell our data. You can read our full privacy policy here
